CHESHVAN – NOV 2-DEC 1
Tishrei is a very cool timeframe because it implies that God will do a “make-over.” He redeems whatever is necessary – health, finances, relationships, trauma…whatever needs redemption.
Of course, Jesus is the Redeemer and His nature is to “buy back” anything we have lost at any time. This month is called the gate of new beginnings. It’s time to bring all the redemption worthy stuff before God and begin again!
There is grace available right now to leave behind what negatively affects us. All the past issues that brought fear, anxiety, hopelessness is being broken off…according to your faith. Faith is being activated to believe for the new and good in the midst of the old and bad and current worldwide chaos.
Rosh Hashanah is during the month of Tishrei. It means the ‘head of the year’ and the new Hebrew year is 5785.
Briefly 5785 carries these thoughts:
5700 – may it be the year of.
80 – the Hebrew letter Pey – voice.
5 – the Hebrew letter Hey - grace to go up to the high places and tear the devil’s kingdom down.

Cheshvan is about position. Where do we stand? Where do we sit? Where do we walk? In other words – where are we? The proper position: positioned to transition: positioned transcend any limitation: positioned to know truth: positioned to overcome…anything.
Cheshvan is the month of the anointing which takes us to the top: changes us from ordinary to extraordinary: furnishes what we need to prosper: empowers us to stomp on what wears us down: authorizes us to maintain proper perspective.
We must go through the next few months not being insulted by the devil. The greatest insult is being convinced that nothing new will happen. The emotions of failure are almost unbearable. Hope deferred makes the heart sick. Sick of believing something will change and it doesn’t. Jesus didn’t leave heaven, do what He did here on earth, die on the cross, go to hell, get the keys, ascend to heaven and send the Holy Spirit so we could live and barely get by. NO!!
This is when we put our foot on the head of the enemy. This is when we get positioned for victory. This is when we stand in our authority. This is when all the energy we need is our new normal.

In the midst of war, struggle, racism and an endless list of worries, we count on each other to release victory and truth.
